Individual Coaching
Our coaching offer can be accessed as individual support or in a team, for leaders and board members of system partner organisations. Please read on for individual coaching and read more on team coaching here.

Our offer
Our individual coaching offer provides a safe, confidential space for leaders to explore their leadership challenges and opportunities. It’s available to leaders from Sport England system partner organisations who are working to tackle inequalities in their role. Any leader within these settings could benefit from coaching, including:
- Aspiring leaders or those new to leadership roles.
- Programme and project leaders.
- Senior leader team members, executives, chairs and board members.
Being a leader isn’t determined by job titles or seniority, it’s about wanting to make a difference, creating change and opening up opportunities for more people to live active lives. If you work to tackle these inequalities, or you support the people that do, then you're part of ‘Leading the Movement’.

Our team will carefully match successful applicants to their ideal coach
Once you’ve been onboarded, your coach will support you to reach your goals and guide your personal development. Your coaching experience will also give you access to a set of helpful tools, skills and approaches from our LeaderLine Coaching Toolkit and LeaderLine Companion, our online tool designed to support growth and reflective learning.
If you’re not currently eligible for individual coaching, please explore our ‘About us’ page for other support opportunities.
